Prof. Guillaume Bal was featured in the article "Probing the Deep Mathematics of Nonlinear Inverse Problems" in the June 2012 issue of SIAM News, Vol. 45, No. 5.
The article highlights Prof. Bal's work on hybrid inverse problems (which lead to the Calderon Prize he received in 2011).
