Hadrien Montanelli is a Chu Assistant Professor of Applied Mathematics. His general research interests lie in nonlinear and nonlocal PDEs, approximation theory and deep learning. Before joining Columbia, he received his PhD in Applied Mathematics in 2017 from the University of Oxford where he studied numerical algorithms for PDEs with Nick Trefethen.
