New Faculty Members: David Paul and Malvin Ruderman

Acting Chair, Leon Lidofsky, invited two Columbia faculty members to become non-budgeted members of the APNE Department: David I. Paul, from the Henry Krumb School of Mines, and Malvin Ruderman, from the Physics Department.
