Shaowen Chen's Science Paper Named a Top 10 Breakthrough of 2016

APAM graduate student, Shaowen Chen, authored a Science paper this fall which was recently named as one of the top ten breakthroughs of 2016 by Physics World magazine. 

Chen is in the Solid State Physics Ph.D. program in the APAM Department and is advised by Prof. Cory Dean in the Physics Department.
